It softens and sweetens and a little goes a long way in your cooking. Great taste and flavor without the overpowering heat. Large white cloves with white paper covering with some coloration stripping at times.  Easy to peel large cloves. Medium height plants with consistent production of medium to large bulbs for northern growers.
